    Calvary Sligo Filming Locations

    The critically acclaimed Calvary released in 2014 and starring Brendan Gleeson, Chris O’Dowd, Kelly Reilly and Aidan Gillen is about a good-natured priest who must battle the dark forces closing in around him. Calvary was filmed on location in Sligo in 2012 and the film is enhanced by the beautifully wild backdrop that Yeats Country provides.
